Help - message not defined - altair Member Self-Service

This is the warning message that is diplayed to members to inform them that the site will be down for maintenance. It can be configured in the Host Status tab.

You’re back on our old Member Self-Service.

You have been taken back to old Member Self-Service to complete this process. Once you have finished, simply close this tab or window to go back to the new version.

Be aware If you have more than one record, you may need to switch between accounts to view or access certain pages. You can switch records by clicking on the dropdown arrow beside “Status” in the top right corner.

Please enter your Surname, NI number and date of birth. Your activation key will be in the email or letter sent to you by us.
